I’m starting to add reviews of some of the protein bars that I have tried. When you look on the sales sites, often there isn’t enough information. So I have taken pictures of the bars, unwrapped, and cut in half, and give you my opinion. For years, I was a MetRx bar fan, but recently I saw this video on the dangers of high fructose corn syrup and thought I would try a variety of bars for both taste and perhaps lower calories and less corn syrup. I ordered some of the most popular bars from BodyBuilding.com, have been trying them, and will be posting more info. I typically eat one at work around 5pm (I eat lunch at noon, leave the office about 7pm, and I’m a believer in the 5 or 6 small meals a day approach.
